Return Policy

1 · Standard “Change-of-Mind” Returns

  • Window: 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item (delivery date shown in tracking).

  • Return shipping: We email you a prepaid return label. Ship the package within 15 calendar days of receiving the label; overdue parcels are not accepted.

2 · Quality-Related Returns

  • Window: 90 calendar days from the date you receive the item.

  • Eligible issues: Manufacturing defects, functional failures, or any damage not caused by misuse.

  • Return shipping: Our cost. A prepaid label is supplied; send the parcel back within 15 calendar days.

3 · How to Start a Return

  1. Sign in to “My Orders” and click Request Return (or email support@autopartsfactoryhub.com).

  2. Select the order, choose the reason, and upload photos (required for quality issues).

  3. Receive your prepaid label by email.

  4. Pack securely, attach the label, and drop off with the specified carrier within 15 days.

  5. Once the return is scanned into transit, you can track its progress in real time.

4 · Refunds

  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method only.

  • Timing: 3–5 business days after our warehouse confirms the returned item meets the criteria above.

  • Deductions:

    • Customer-caused “return-to-sender” (e.g., wrong address, refused delivery, missed pick-up): round-trip shipping and any re-boxing fees are deducted from the refund.

5 · Logistics Issues (must be reported within 30 calendar days of payment)

6 · Exclusions

  • Items returned outside the stated windows.

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
